Pre-Contract work:

Scrutinize, review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies, additional BOQ items/scope and incorporating within tender offer.

Liaise with consultant regarding ambiguities contract work scope and seek clarifications.

Quantity take off for all civil elements for pricing and compiling the tender BOQ & documents.

Analysis of rates for labour and materials and thus assist buildup costings, pricing for BOQ.

Maintain vendor’s data base, floating enquires to subcontractors and suppliers.

Cost planning, Budget establishment and preparation of expenditure statements.

Post-Contract work:

Preparation of bills and schedule of quantities, laobour and services required for projects.

Budget cost control and interim payments: Preparing and agreeing payments applications/ valuations.

Prepare and compile “Final Accounts Payments application” with relevant substantiation and documents as per contract obligations.

Evaluation of variations and claim variation from clients and agreeing variations/changing orders.

Analyze and recommend subcontract payments application based on actual progress of project.

Visit building sites to monitor progress and assisting with clients/consultant and undertaking feasibility studies.

Advising on procurement strategy and contractual claims.

Attend progress meetings and preparing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.

ACADAMIC QUALIFICATION:

DIPLOMA in Civil Engineering from Seshasayee Institute of Technology (Autonomous), Trichy-10 with First class in I to VI term.
