I have been the shop foreman for the last 4 years and after hard work and commitment, I have helped with giving estimates to increase revenue in the Reconditioning department with my customer service skills and experience turning out a detailed quality job safely. I have 3 coworkers in this department who I am responsible for delegating work during the work day in order to keep accuracy and finished product on time . During my time at Miller Ford I learned to use a machine Buffer with specific compounds and polishes as well as an upholstery extractor machine. Attention to detail and accuracy was an important part of my position while working with little supervision. Reason for leaving was that they went out of business and I was there until then.
