1.Worked in ADNOC Distribution, Mussafah, Multi Product Terminal as Control Room Supervisor (18-04-1999 to 31-08-2006).

Reason for leaving: Nationalization of the Post.

Nature of work: (24/7)

Monitor and Control all product movement operations through DCS System (UCOS)

Coordinates with refinery staff, regarding the Batch & Cycle of products before pumping operation through multi products pipeline.

Receiving Petroleum products from refinery through Muti-Product pipeline, Storage and Mixing of Tanks.

Loading of petroleum products as per quality control and laboratory recommendations and maintained Daily activity log-book and instructions for follow-up, shifts.

Takes Tank Dips and Product samples from the tanks after settling time and forward it to Laboratory for testing and certification.

Prepares daily stock statement. Monitors stock levels and informs Control Room Officer for planning cycle (Receiving) operations.

Makes daily routine checks of all equipments and facilities to ensure that Control Room and Terminal facilities are in good operating order. .

Prepares Work orders and Permits for any repair / maintenance works and co-ordinate with maintenance staff.

Opens storage tanks for loading operation as per the instructions from Control Room Officer, after verifying the quality certificates, to ensure that products are appropriate to use and are meeting required specifications.

Controlling and monitoring the Fire Detection System (FDS) which involves Diesel/Electric driven fire water pumps, Foam Bag tanks, Sprinkler system etc.. and Emergency Shutdown System (ESD)

Present Status : Working with M/s LOOTAH BC GAS (L.L.C.), DUBAI. Since 10/01/2007, as Sr. Plant Operator.

a) For Propane/Natural gas (SNG) plant in Palm Jumeirah, till 25/08/2009.

Nature of work: (24/7)

Actively involved in Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities of Gas distribution network In Palm Juneirah.

Operating Synthetic Natural Gas (SNG) Plant, which include Propane tanks, Air Compressors, Dryers, Generators, Propane Pumps, Water Bath Vaporizer and Gas Mixing unit, Gas Analyzer, flare system, ESD system, FDS system etc..

Monitoring and controlling all activities involving Filling, Storage and Distribution of SNG Gas throughout Palm Island.

Maintaining Daily activity Log-Book and Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.

Attending Gas Emergencies, inside Palm Jumeirah, with fully equipped Gas Emergency Response Vehicle with extra care for the safety of the public.

b)For Natural Gas Distribution network, in YAS-Island since 26/08/2009

Actively involved in Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities of Gas distribution network in YAS Island and Al Raha Beach development..

Monitoring and Controlling of PRS stations at different stages, in the Distribution of Natural Gas, throughout Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

Monitoring and Controlling, H2S scrubbing unit and mixing of Mercaptans (odorize) into the Natural Gas.

Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly PRS inspection and Meter Reading’s reports.

Daily Pipeline Patrolling and prepare Valve inspection reports.

After site inspection, Issue NOC to Contractors, to work near gas pipeline.

Attending Gas Emergencies, in YAS Island and Al Raha Beach Development, with fully equipped Gas Emergency Response Vehicle, with extra care for the safety of the public.

c)Operating SNG Plant at SHAMS Island, Since (25/04/2011)

Nature of work: (As required)

Operating Synthetic Natural Gas (SNG) Plant, at SHAMS Island through PLC and SCADA system, which include LPG tanks, LPG Pumps, Water Bath Vaporizer, Air Compressors, Dryers, and Gas Mixing unit, Gas Analyzer, flare system, ESD system, Generators etc..

Monitoring PRS stations and Pipeline network, to provide uninterrupted Gas supply to the Customers.

Monitoring and Controlling all activities involving Filling of LPG Storage Tanks, Housekeeping, Issuing work order for maintenance.

Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
