CAREER DEVELOPMENT:

I started with Altech-Namitech West Africa (a subsidiary of Altech group) in 2005 as a team leader. I participated in the development of the company policy which resulted to the company excellent performance in meeting her aim and objective in secure printing industry.

Likewise, I participated in the training of production staff which resulted to the global recognition of the company in 2008 as the highest recharge card manufacturing company.

Also, I participated in conducting employment and background check exercise for the production staff in 2010 and this exercise enable the company to fish out staffs with fake credentials and those with bad attitude that might not have supported the company s aim and objective.

As a team leader production, our production capacity of 10 million pins monthly was increased to 85 million pins monthly in production capacity within the period of 1 years.
