Responsible for the growth of revenue for all post-acute care service areas, through an increase in referrals while simultaneously increasing our footprint in the community.

Coordinate and facilitate presentations to C-suite, healthcare providers and community organizations to promote post-acute care service areas, identify performance improvement opportunities and improve customer retention.
