Senior Vice President Intermediates (2015-Current) OXEA is a world leader in Oxo chemicals - Oxo products are the core competency of OXEA. With a production capacity of over 1.3 million tons per annum and sales of about €1.5 billion OXEA produces more than 70 Oxo Intermediates and Oxo Derivatives for customers in a wide range of industries with various end market applications.

Joint P&L responsibility for the Intermediates business of €1B, and with OXEA for €205MIL EBITDA PA.

Drove achievement of annual plan, developed long term 10 year plan and strategy and led strategic input for growth in Texas and Oman.

Led marketing development plans for 2025 for OXO/value chain for $20B USD investment in Oman.

Reported to the CEO/Managing Director in Germany. VICE PRESIDENT GLOBAL INTERMEDIATES (2007-2015)

Drove execution of the business strategy and tactics for €1B Intermediates business with VM of €280MIL PA.

Supported HETA project, exit by Advent to Oman Oil. (VDD) 1.85 BIL Euro sale.

Led the Intermediates business improvement, which drove EBITDA from €68M to €205M.

Led the development of capacity rationalization in plastisizers.

Led the development team for the €150M CAPEX expansion projects for OXO capacity in Germany and Texas.

Reported to the Managing Director in Germany.
