Epoxy/Mold R&D:

- Working with process/equipment Engineering team to develop new HVM

flow for epoxy and injection mold. Current role as lead in the fully

automated injection mold equipment developing machine process plan

along with preventive maintenance and error recovery plans for ASM

Ideal & Besi Fico Systems.

- Support Tool sets for Epoxy Dispense, Inkjet printer, Sonic Scan,

Cure Ovens.

Engineering Equipment Technician: March 2006 to January 2010

- Evaluate the reliability of electronic

devices through a process of high stress conditions, Devices

are put through extreme testing using reflow ovens, bake, temp
