7.Work Experience

a ) Worked in MSTC LTD ( A Govt. of India Enterprises) from Nov 1985 to June 2012 in different capacities and retired as General Manager ( Finance & Accounts) i. e Head of Finance. During my period my job responsibilities are as under:-

I) Oversee the daily maintenance of Accounts,

Ii) Formulation & analysis of various MIS Reports.

Ii ) Managing working capital portfolio of Rs 8000 Crore.

Iv) handling import portfolio of Rs 10000 Crore. Finalizationof ECB & Buyers’ Credit. Represented delegation of the Company in various meetings with bankers like Bank Of America, Dresdner Bank& Bank Paribas Bank at Frankfurt and Paris in 2006

v) As Head of Finance involved in the decision making procees as a member of Core team.

Present Assignment: Attached with De Chakraborty & Sen (Chartered Accountants) as a Partner conducting statutory /internal audit of Reputed Companies. Present earnings Rs 750000/ PA approximately.
