Zerandrian is currently a consultant working with their Deputy Director & Community Outreach Program Manager on a project focused on Pre Exposure Prophylaxis

(PrEP). Zerandrian is designing surveys and focus group discussion guides as well as performing qualitative analyses on the results. Zerandrian is also performing quantitative analyses on an additional adhoc project.

O ver the past few months, Ms. Morris has consulted with the organization Casa de Esperanza as a Project Coordinator for The Engaging Girls/Young Women Leaders working group. She will c oordinate a total of 7 10 national community discussions with cis and trans girls and young women leaders between the ages of 15 and 24 on their experiences with direct and indirect violence, and their roles as youth leaders in the movement to end violence against girls and women. M s. Morris has also coordinated a national survey of girl/young women serving organizations to better understand the impact of violence on those that they serve, how they address violence in their organizations, and how they develop leadership skills among the girls/young women that they serve.

She m anaged a clinical caseload of up to 6 individual persons in recovery, which included conducting weekly therapeutic sessions and completing clinical documentation including but not limited to DAP notes, Recovery Plans, Bio Psycho Social evaluations, Team Support Meetings, After Care Planning and Discharge Summaries within the specified time frames of local and state regulatory and funding agencies. Ms. Morris provided technical writing expertise as she developed and managed a Predictive Model focusing on ER Utilization for two lines of business with over 500K claims records and 50+ variables utilizing a Logistic Regression analysis. She performed descriptive, differential, and predictive statistical analysis using analyses and methodologies including significance testing, regression analysis, logistic regression, propensity scoring, ANOVA, and z scoring.

In this role, Ms. Morris designed, developed and implemented data management reports, specifications and analyses for 10+ clients at a time. Ms. Morris also provided technical writing expertise and interpreted legal documentation and discerned client contract information. Her role included extraction of data from large complex data sets and performing ad hoc analysis and reports as required by users. Matria Healthcare (2006 2007)

In this role, Ms. Morris designed, implemented, and maintained comprehensive test plans and test scripts to assure that client data was accurately mapped according to pre established business rules via testing of ETL process. Ms. Morris consistently exceeded new implementation and existing client certification goals by an average of 20 client tickets per month. She also managed, analyzed, and maintained the certification of large volumes of medical membership, pharmacy and claims data for 30+ clients with < 2% error resulting in increased contractual agreements by more than 5 clients per calendar year.

As an Epidemiologist & Biostatistician in the National Center of HIV, STD, and TB Prevention/Office of Health Disparities, Ms. Morris d eveloped SAS data sets using the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and trained 15 students on proper analysis methods and techniques. She also served as lead investigator on a cross sectional quantitative analysis and guest lectured Introduction to Epidemiology course at Morehouse College.
