Conduct/Monitor & attend inspection for all mechanical system installation in compliance with contract/ approved shop drawings & Authority requirements.

Review/Approve all Mechanical transmittal from contractor such as Shop drawing, method statement, material submittal, O&M, etc.
Attend/Witnessed All MEP testing/commissioning& Air balancing Prepare daily basis site progress report.
Evaluation/Approve contractor monthly progress claim Chair technical & progress meeting with client, contractor & supplier Site coordination for all trades & services (Structural, Architectural &MEP.) Ensures that the mechanical drawings are in line and coordinated with other discipline design drawings of the project prior proceeding with work and to highlight to the project manager of any discrepancies for necessary corrections. Advised the Project Manager on the progress any monitored discrepancies. Conducts site visits to advise Project Managers of any field issues and attends any co-ordination meetings required. Conducts/witnesses and approved all related infrastructure/external mechanical services prior to concreting/backfilling. Arranges for samples of workmanship and establishes minimum acceptable standards. Assist and provides necessary data/information required by the project manager for the preparation of reports (includes labor and supervision, plant and equipment, status, site progress, amendments, delays, etc.) for submission to Client. Advises Project Manager on progress of mechanical work and suggest actions. Inspects and attends maintenance works during maintenance and defect liability period.
