British Telecom is the Leading Telecom company in UK involved in providing telephone connectivity, Broadband, narrowband and value added services.

This is a both development and enhancement project mainly linked to BT Retail where BT provides Broadband, Narrowband and Value added services to different organizations through Online and different Sales channels.

There is a parallel application in which it ceases the products through agent and also through java batch processing.

In Online Channels, customers can directly order their Broadband Products (ADSL or SDSL). In sales channel, customers can order their products through a BT agent.

The Business Ordering System interacts with various external systems either by database or web services to get the required information’s and able to place the order TO ISPSS system through web service calls.

From the front end systems like BOS, COS, AutoBOS; the orders reach the backend systems like Broadsword, BASIC through ISPSS.
