KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS & CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

GE Power Plant Equipment – GT Risk/ Reliability Model Automations (2014): Conducted big data analysis using JMP and reviewed repair shop reports on scraps for HGP components, Risk model creations and Regression analysis for components/parts with proper failure modes and find out automation trends on the models. SAS/JMP and Oracle Crystal Ball, Monte Carlo Simulations, Mini Tab, ReliaSoft -Weibull++, XFMEA, ALTA, and RGA & Lifing Analysis are some of the tools that are used for statistical data analytics & Risk Models.

Result: Completed Toll Gate reviews with Chief Engineers Office & passed.

NPI – GE Steam Turbine Concentration Solar (2012-2013): Collect globalized field data, data analytics, create risk models, predict failures of the baseline product, and leverage the same for new product design through six sigma techniques. Collaborated with Design Team in identifying the existing field failures through analysis of pertinent information. Executed failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA); identified and mitigated safety integrity level (SIL), EHS and hazard and operability (HAZOP) risks to pass the Safety/SIL Team standards as well as to update the contract quotes for customer critical to quality (CTQ) on ATQ/product required documents (PRD). Oracle Crystal Ball, Monte Carlo Simulations, Mini Tab, ReliaSoft -Weibull++, XFMEA, ALTA, and RGA & Lifing Analysis are some of the tools that are used for statistical data analytics & Risk Models.

Result: Completed Toll Gate reviews with Chief Engineers Office & passed.
