Project Manager/Site Safety Officer for repair work that included the removal of shell corrosion, vacuum box testing, repair of nozzles and gravity lines, installation of slotted sample tubes, installation of tank ladder fall arrest device, installation of safety detonation devices (SDD) and pressure vacuum (PV) valves on tank vent lines, and repairs to tank shell stiffener drainage holes. Additional activities included tank bottom repairs, tank shell repairs, sump pit repairs, spot coating, and interior coatings on the tank floor, shell, and roof.
