NASA Orion Program Office -- Orion Master Scheduler
Lead scheduler for "down & in" scheduling with NASA’s Orion Program prime contractor, Lockheed Martin. As part of the program’s planning and control team, serves as technical supervisor for program schedule analyst team providing integrated schedules, schedule risk and performance analysis and integrated product team schedule products that help guide program executive decision-making. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project 2013, Primavera P6, Milestone Professional and Microsoft Office used for program integration, performance analysis and executive-level reporting. Supervises internal schedule risk analysis using @Risk and other software to generate Monte Carlo statistical data for schedule confidence and Joint Confidence Level products. Chairs the Orion Schedule Working Group and conducts the weekly program schedule review for the Program Manager in order to monitor the prime contractor's schedule performance and forecasts. Performs Integrated Baseline Reviews of contractor’s allocation of resources to planned scope, basis of estimate, and provides an integrated cost and schedule risk assessment. Prepares the Program Manager's monthly status report to NASA HQ. Leads special studies and other staff support to the Program Manager including Review Manager for Orion's KDP-C Program Lifecycle Maturity Review. Supports monthly program planning and control office review of cost and schedule performance including analysis of key cost and schedule variance drivers and risk-adjusted Estimate at Complete (EAC) forecasts.

NASA Constellation Transition & Closeout Office -- CxT Integration Manager
Managed the integration of multi-discipline transition and closeout activities for Constellation's program office and projects. Developed the transition planning approach for Constellation and lead the organization of the administrative processes and tools in use to facilitate multi-center communication and cooperation. Provided program integration function for external interfaces. Executive secretary for the CxT Transition Working Group chaired by the CxT Manager. Managed development of status briefings and schedules for up and out communications.

NASA Constellation Program Office -- Lead, Constellation Integrated Master Schedule/Earned Value Management
As the Constellation Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)/Earned Value Management (EVM) Systems Lead, duties included designing, implementing, and maintaining EVM and IMS Systems for NASA’s largest program. Duties included supervision of civil servant and contractors engaged in this work and support contract performance assessment. Developed an IMS system that integrated multiple project schedules across the Constellation Program. Developed and implemented a fully integrated EVM system for the Constellation Program (NASA’s largest EVM undertaking--$38B PMB) including data production and analysis. Represented Constellation in the greater EVM and Resources communities. Serves on the NASA EVM Working Group chaired by the Office of Chief Engineer.

NASA Space Shuttle Program Transition & Retirement Program Control Manager
Manager of SSP Transition & Retirement Program Control and Integration for the Space Shuttle Transition Management Office. Principal architect of program-level transition requirements and project management strategies, processes and plans for the transition of the Space Shuttle Program to follow-on human space flight programs within NASA and the close out of excess capabilities in preparation for the Space Shuttle Program successful termination in 2010. Lead program integration and management of retirement issues including procurement, legal, legislative, human capital, environmental, historic preservation, personal and real property disposition and strategic communications with stakeholders in the program's project elements across the Agency and NASA Headquarters.

NASA Orbital Space Plane Program Office -- Vehicle Integration Engineer
Served as Integration Lead for the Lockheed-Martin prime contract responsible for coordination of a multi-center, multi-disciplinary team engaged in design insight and participation with the contractor. Managed the fact-finding & evaluation of a $263M contract modification and negotiated final terms with a major aerospace company under contract for NASA's OSP Program. Contributed to spacecraft design directly with contractor at weekly Design Synthesis meetings. Integrated matrix engineering support from JSC, LaRC, GRC, ARC and MSFC to design participation forums.

NASA International Space Station Payload Office -- Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR)
ISSP Payloads Office COTR for the ISS Payload Integration Contract (NAS9-02099) a $62M/yr. contract that provided contractor support to the ISS Payload Office for mission integration, engineering integration, operations, International Partner integration, and payload support system sustaining engineering. Played a key role in the contract negotiations with the winning corporation and served as liaison between the technical team and the government contract officer to ensure all contract scope was executed and overall mission effectiveness was maintained during the contract period of performance.

NASA International Space Station (ISS) Payload Office -- Manager, ISS Utilization
Lead for ISS Utilization (science operations) in the International Space Station Program Office. Managed Program budget, technical requirements and schedule for ISS Payload Operations Integration Center Cadre (POIC) and control center facilities development and payload training/payload simulator integration in the Space Station Training Facility. Lead program integration for interface development and control between JSC's Mission Control Center and the MSFC POIC that culminated in successful onboard science operations on the ISS. Managed International Partner operations interface integration, and managed ISS Payload communication services budget with SOMO and the NASA Integrated Support Network (NISN). Managed development of cost-saving Voice-Over-Internet Protocol software for use by ISS distributed operations nodes.

NASA Mission Operations Directorate -- Space Shuttle Mission Controller
Certified Flight Controller in Space Shuttle Mission Control - Worked multiple Space Shuttle missions on the payload operations team to monitor and control on-board science instruments and support the mission science team. Developed procedures and telemetry displays for mission control functions integrating multi-discipline technical requirements into operations products. Subsequently served as Shuttle mission Timeliner for several missions in the Flight Planning Branch. Also worked in early Space Station Freedom operations group, developed early operations concepts and control center system and staffing requirements that lead to today’s ISS Mission Control Center.
