CAREER EXPERIENCE:

Sr. Employee Relations Manager, MillerCoors, LLC, Irwindale, CA, Jan. 2016 to Present.

Responsible for providing all human resources needs for plants largest department (packaging) with 250

union and salaried employees. Serve as local counsel for Finance Department, advising on five (5) union

contracts. Interpret contract provisions, draft legal memorandum, layoff notices, prepare administrative law

responses, SOX reports, memoranda of understanding, along with editing and revising workplace policies.

Lead plant-wide compliance training courses.

Corporate Counsel. Medical Management Consultants, Inc., L.A., CA, Jan. 2006 to Dec. 20015.

Duties included managing law department of human resources outsourcing company. Served as virtual labor

and employment law counsel to 400 corporate business clients who collectively employ 4,000+ employees in

health care, manufacturing, entertainment, gaming and education. Reported directly to CEO, negotiated,

prepared, drafted and approved vendor contracts (e.g., SAP, SalesForce, etc.), oversaw outside counsel, and

served as trial counsel. Saved employer and clients an avg. of $250,000/yr in legal fees.

Managed civil litigated matters from first notice to trial. Drafted pleadings, motions, legal memoranda and
