First Sergeant of a U.S. Army Military Police Company, and Senior Course Manager at the U.S. Army Drill Sergeant School. Subject matter expert in tactical and technical experience in law enforcement and comprehensive understanding of police operations, systems, administration, training, and planning. Proficient in researching, coordinating, developing, writing, staffing, publishing training plans, and staff training support package for the Iraq Theater of Operation. RECENT EXPERIENCE:

1997 to Present: State Trooper, State of Alabama.

Responsible for enforcement of state laws, making routine patrols of state roadways, directing traffic, investigating accidents and crime scenes in assigned areas. Served as a member of the State’s Special Operation Platoon, which is called upon to quell any emergencies in the State of Alabama. Performed as a Field Training Officer, Physical Fitness Instructor, and Tactical Officer at the State Trooper Academy. Used office automation products (Microsoft word, EXCEL, power point, scanner, and FAX.

2004-2005: Police Advisor for DynCorp International, Iraq.

Trained and mentored over 1,800 traffic police assigned to Baghdad, Iraq. Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the core curriculum, and an advanced two (2) week Traffic Police Course for the Baghdad Police Directorate. Trained Traffic Police Generals and their subordinate supervisors in logistics, human rights issues, and developing a budget. Developed scopes of work for force protection, lesson plans, conducted Train the Trainers Course.

1996-1997: Operation Manager/Special Agent, TRANSCOR America.

Responsible for the complete Texas Operations for TRANSCOR in Taylor, Texas. This encompassed direct supervision of agents, scheduling, planning, coordinating, and scheduling maintenance of vehicles. .

1993-1996: U.S. Army First Sergeant at Fort McClellan, Al.

Served as the senior military police advisor of a 220 person military police training company with a cadre of sixteen (16) drill sergeants. Responsible for conducting Initial Entry Training and Advance Military Police Training. Used office automation products; Microsoft word, power point, EXCEL, and FAX.

1986-1993: Operations/Security Manager Inspector.

Conducted training for personnel directly involved in security of a Department of Defense Nuclear Effects Laboratory, security of sensitive munitions during airborne, railhead, waterborne operations, security of the largest Department of Defense munitions test sites, security of cease fire talks at Safwan, Iraq during the Gulf War. Conducted local back ground checks for over 1,500 personnel and submitted documentation to obtain secret and top secret security clearances. Conducted periodic inspections of security forces for responsible for protecting highly sensitive Department of Defense Munition Sites.
