Responsible on the buyers for signing on their contracts and agreements.
Responsible for all internal and external calls in department.
Filing, sorting, compilation and segregation of all documents in Sales and Marketing Department.
Responsible for follow up status of all submitted proposal to the clients.
Accept interment transactions
oConducts interview with the client or authorized representatives.
oDiscussed the needed requirements.
oAssists the client or authorized representatives as regards the choice of epitaph, marker lay-out, and other logistics concern.
oUpdates the interment board also interment song requested.
oPrepares the interment requirements monitoring sheet. Monitors submission of all requirements and makes the necessary follow up.
oForward all the documents to the Sales Officer for approval and submits all the documents to the Credit and Collection Department.
oAssists interment by acting as event coordinator. Event program template will be provided by the Sales and Marketing Head and changes can be adopted depending on the requirements of the clients.
