Fitted magnetic vibraters on dry fruit feeders machines thus resulting in uniform distribution of nuts through out the product, helps rejection of final product.
Diverting line to Ice Cream freezers for direct line installation from freezer to Flavourings tanks, resulting in no mix wastages and avoiding reprocessing of mix.
Utilization of steam condensate & excess steam to condensate steam & excess steam from HTST pasteurizer collecting in separate water tank and using for crate washer machine.
Increase storage crate utilization fort primary & secondary packing materials dimensions, thus increasing per liter crate utilization and cold storage.
High fat Milk Tanker, received tanker with 18 – 20 % high fat milk, thus increasing the fat % 25-28% of milk from supplier, resulting high quantity of mix production & reduction in transportation cost.
Fitted the foot operated valves in production hall & washing room thus saving of water.
Installed Old Hardening Tunnel’s Evaporating Coil: This old (scrapped) coil installed in the chilled water return line coming from Cooling tanks,Pasteurizer & ice cream freezers. Resulting get support to IBT to maintain the temperature and reduced in Ice slab consumption.
Actively involved in undertaking the flowing steps to streamline operation:-
Training workman about “KAIZEN” system, motivate them to take initiative for minor changes in working and awarded them for value added KAIZENS.
