for environmental matters, including both regulatory compliance and pursuit

of insurance claims on current and former insurers' occurrence-based

general liability insurance policies. I supplied general counsel and

senior management with legal research, advice and representation in a

variety of matters. In addition, I worked closely with the responsible

representatives of the engineering and operations divisions to prepare and

negotiate engineering and construction contracts, computer hardware and

software agreements and licenses, consulting agreements, confidentiality

agreements, easements and franchises.
