Provided a service level view using the consolidated platform that was able to clearly identify the service impacted versus the prior model that monitored network, systems, applications independently and reduced manual deduction by 60%.
Implemented auto-ticketing via Remedy integration to HP reducing MTTR by 60 minutes.
Integrated application performance data via SAS and network performance data via Infovista into a data warehouse for capacity planning resulting in proactive growth planning and mitigating the 6 month delay previously experienced with the reactive approach.
CITICORP 1989 to 1999

Implemented the first Systems and Network Management router network to manage and deploy HP Openview along with providing out of band access to all servers and routers via terminal servers and remote power devices. This design facilitated a follow the sun management model across the US, European and Asian regions.
