JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR DEC 2015-PRESESNT:

Handling client inquiries and timely response to customer enquiries by Mail & Telephone.

Forward the customer enquiries to the concerned product department prepare quote and submit to customer.

Supervise the mailings and Generate weekly status report of all enquiries and submit to MD.

Preparing responses to correspondence and emails containing routine inquiries.

Sorting out the queries of the buyers and suppliers by mail or phone.

Follow-up the quotation with the customer.

Petty cash handling and all other works like Receipt Payments and expenses entries.

Experience in maintaining accounts independently

Experience in entering general accounting transactions on a day to day basis such as invoice, purchase orders, official receipts and payment vouchers in computerized accounting system

Prepare payroll and have knowledge about social security tax, income tax and other applicable tax rules

Application/renewal of company license(s), permits registration, filing of applicable Taxes and other legal company matters, etc.
