Job Description
Carrying out visual Inspection for prior to Ultrasonic Testing, Radiograph Testing, Magnetic particle Testing and Dye Penetrate Testing.
Ultrasonic flaw detection on structural welds joints and pipe weld joints.
Ultrasonic lamination check on the plate and raw materials.
Ultrasonic thickness survey, corrosion monitoring and corrosion mapping on pipeline, vessels, spheres and vessels.
Radiographic test on structural weld& pipelines.
Magnetic particle test on the structural weld joints and pipe weld joints, nozzle welds, fillet weld by using electromagnetic yoke and permanent yoke.
Liquid Penetrant test on weld bevel, structural new weld joints and pipe weld joints by using solvent cleaner.
Preparing NDT Report. Daily reports submitting to client and marking the repair location on the weld joint for re-welding.
Computer Knowledge
MS Office, word, Excel and Power point, Internet.
