Responsibility: Presently involved with maintenance team to manage production support & bug fixing for all over worldwide site using Mfg/Pro eB2 and eB2.1 (including .NetUI) with including various interfaces. I need to take care all reported issues from business users in QAD, UNIX, Progress DBA, EDI Team or Local IT related to Performance of QAD application or system issue. If required need to co-ordinate with other team members as per requirement and arrange a priority call involved stake holder and resolve the issue so that Business user will not impact.
QAD Mfg/Pro some of modules are customized according as per local plant requirement. I am involved with assignment of tickets to team members (Manufacturing/Distribution/Financial Module) and if required provide help to team members for analysis the issue and if any bug fix required coordinate with site (plant) manager to understand exact requirement without impacting other customization. Verify analysis document with program changes/enhancement request for customer reported issues and testing functionality with standard product of Mfg/Pro. Verify within team all required testing completed as per business requirement and communicate to site (plant) Manager and IT Management Team for user testing (UAT) and deliver the program to plant.
Support Team also required taking care of Qxtend data replication from one centralized location to respective domain, taking care of inbound and outbound data processing or failures, if required I need to check and verify the problem with team members in Qxtend log about re-processing/failed required Qdoc. I need to coordinate with required team (like other interface) if required Qdoc not processed successfully from QAD and in QAD.
Support Team also required taking care of BATCH processing/monitoring /any new setup as per requirement from site (plant), also complete and provide feedback to plant included required stake holder (like DBA Team/QAD team/Third party tool). If required coordination within DBA Team members/IT Team for any clarification from business users (plant side) to setup and modifying the parameter as per business requirement. Daily basis need to verify the critical batch process with team members like MRP/e-commerce for releases and demand loading in QAD applications.
I am also involved in ISO/CMMi audit team to maintain the required documentation for audit purpose, so that all team members follow the process document according to requirement and placed all required documents to central repository with required review process so that any members can take help to resolve the issue and audit team can also check the process documentation for resolving the incident with all priority.
I need to take care for support matrix to share with onsite (SDM) and Customer IT Management Team daily basis/weekly basis and required to discuss about backlog/frequent issues occurs and new requirement. I am also member of QAD CoE team and need to take care of all members matrix requirement to provide trainings, CORE model (customized module training) for new team members about the client environment and provide some overview of new product so that team can also work for other client as per requirement. Responsibility: I was involved in QAD Development & Maintenance team integrated Mfg/Pro (CHUI) eB2 and eB2.1 version for all sites and other interface, in Mfg/Pro there were some modules customized according to the plant requirements. I was involved as Module Lead to provide help to team members and Customer IT Management for requirement or any bug fixing as per users requirement. I also provide help to the team for complex issue or any new requirement of the customer’s for bug fixing or providing new functionality in Mfg/Pro.
Customer issues reported in all versions of character user interface & .Net UI interface. I was involved to take care of all issue reported by users and help to team member’s for analysis the problem interacting with users and IT Management for any modification, also verify provided resolution is correct according to user requirement. Verify analysis document also involved customer IT Management Team with program changes/enhancement requested as per user reported issues and testing functionality with standard product of Mfg/Pro. If any help required within team for complex issue and also verify it will not impact to other site if required move the modified program to site specific code line.
I was leading team for implementing Supplier Performance application (Worldwide Interactive Supplier Performance Application) integrated with Mfg/Pro eB 2 &eB 2.1 for globally implementation. In Supplier Performance application part data, supplier data & other master data and PO receipt data transfer from Mfg/Pro to Supplier Performance Interface and after QA & Inspection completed in Supplier Performance application then data transfer from Supplier Performance application to Mfg/Pro application for next inspection of the part against next PO receipt. These all program are setup automated trigger Batch processing. Supplier Performance application is a web based application and available globally to all suppliers and all plants so that any plant can check the supplier performance globally against the material delivered. I was involved for taking the requirement from plant for Mfg/Pro-Supplier Performance applicationimplementation, and shared plant data with Mfg/Pro and Supplier Performance application team members and discuss all the required information and provide the instruction to data loading team with required information. Take all the information from plant from Mfg/Pro and discussed team members for creating setup in Supplier Performance application control parameters (customized Mfg/Pro programs) and setup batches processing according to requirement for the implementation of Supplier Performance application with Mfg/Pro eB2 and eB2.1 version and take all update from other team members (like TIBCO Team for transferring the file from Mfg/Pro server to Supplier Performance applicationServer and Supplier Performance applicationteam members for required setup) for respective work. In Mfg/Pro-Supplier Performance application file get transferred using TIBCO interface and also coordinate TIBCO team for setup TIBCO interface so that extracted data file will move from Mfg/Pro respective directory to Supplier Performance application, after processing move the file in archive directory for backup and vice versa.
I was also involved in the BATCH processing team for any new requirement or any issue exists in the batch processing. Verify information to Customer IT Management Team before any modification.

Responsibility: I have worked in QAD 2008 Enterprise Financials (QAD New Product), in QAD 2008 EF product added new functionality in finance module. QAD 2008 EF product used various technology user interface on GUI (Microsoft Technology), Business logic uses Progress 4 GL Technology using “Component Builder Frame Work” tool and for reports purpose uses Crystal Report. The CBF is separate tools to write all business logic using Progress 4GL Technology. I was involved only in CBF side (Business Logic side) with both databases Standard table as well new financial tables.
As I was maintenance team and need to take care all priorities issue from business in QAD Enterprise Edition and need to provide business support to our early adapter customers with functional and as well technical support with standard and as well financial msodule.
I also worked in Trade Management (TrM) product with Mfg/Pro, its specific used by FMCG Company, In TrM, I was involved as Technical side and functional side for enhancement, customer issues (bug fixing). Maintain all documents related to enhancement/bug fixing issues according to ISO norms in the application development project.
Customer issues reported in all versions like character (CHUI) & desktop environment (DTUI). I was involved in analysis, coding and testing functionality with standard product Mfg/Pro. If any major enhancement required by the customer, complete the analysis and also discuss all the points with product expert (BA) and maintain proper document for the same according to ISO norms standard.

Description : The Travels System is developed for Contract Charted Buses. User enters information like Bus Details, Staff Details, and Route Details etc. for all existing buses and buses hired from other transporters. All this data is stored in database. Whenever a new bus is hired or route/staff is changed this information needs to be added/updated. Travel System calculates monthly KM and no. of trips of the Factory/School then it generates various reports/invoices for clients and also generates the report for all the buses hired from other transporters for the month.
All Payment voucher and receipt voucher against bill/expenses of client, Staff and Buses expense (like Salary of Staff, Diesel Expenses, Repair & maintenance, All taxes, Pollution Expenses, Insurance Expenses) need to be entered into the system. System reminds the user about the due date of
checking (like Pollution, Insurance and Fitness before a specific time period) so that company can do all the work in time. All payments & amount received should enter in the system against clients bill and hire from another transporter to maintain the Report ledger of Payment & Receipt vouchers.
