I have worked as an Asst. Manager Store for eleven years with Ashiana Housing Limited and Schablona India Limited (a Somany Ceramics Enterprises). With my strong background in materials (SCM). I believe that I have exactly what it takes to manage your store. I am also a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Over the course of my 11+-year career, I have generated repeat and increased business through service-focused leadership.

During as Store Officer in Schablona India Limited at Bahadurgarh, I have successfully implemented new initiatives with stock and store layout that have enhanced the material stacking and handling experience. I have also played spearheaded roll in getting the ERP (Microsoft Navision) implemented in materials department.

Resulted reduced the material issue time and inventory control. I have optimized the Inventory level by reviewing the Indents and the store levels regularly and reduced the inventory by almost 150 laces in an about 11 month’s time. Which not only helped reducing inventory carrying cost but also better utilization of cash credit limit with the bank.

The company management impressed by my work and promoted me as a Material Executive from Store Supervisor.

At present I am working with Ashiana Housing Limited and I spearheaded roll to improve store system and inventory control. I have utilized the dead inventory of Rs. 2536000 in 2 years & reduce the surplus stock. I have developed a model store and steel yard at construction site and ensure that better planning and easy movement of vehicle and control the scrap steel. Lead daily and weekly meetings to inform, train, and motivate store employees & also I have completed administrative duties such as planning and reporting.
