Kaizen done in Heat Treatment Furnace:

Before the problem: During heat treatment process, While change power from EB to DG and DG to EB operators forgot to switch on coils and fan. Problem - Push type switch used.

After this problem: Introduced two way selector switch. So switch can on continuously. So no problem while power change from EB to DG and DG to EB. While power comes, automatically coils and fan switched on. So, no one do switch on.
