Performed a hardware refresh, LAN upgrade, and replaced MS SBS Server with a Linux Server for Maple Veterinary Hospital, resulting in performance gains, simplified management, and a cost savings of approximately $5K– $10K.

Delivered complete IT support for Gibson’s TV, replacing Windows NT 4.0 servers and Windows 2000 server with MS server 2012.

Operated LAN and WAN sniffers to determine network load and health for Budd Corporation’s locations in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.

Performed a network upgrade for Vencor in the Midwest and eastern United States.
