As well as other Imperial County agencies, in Environmental Compliance effort on the solar project site in conformance with and according to the following: Zero environmental and permit non-compliance events, environmental, Health and Safety Plan (EHASP), provide environmental, Health and Safety Procedures, Provide subject matter expertise to the Construction Team with respect to EHS matters specific to the project jurisdiction and in accord with permit requirements and the Conditional Use Permit (CUP). Provide daily auditing by using detailed knowledge of Federal Construction Safety Standards (29 CFR 1926 and 1910), recordkeeping requirements (29 CFR 1904). Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) execution and maintenance. Conduct daily communication both orally and in writing with all departments onsite including all contractors and sub-contractors. Monitor construction site for the Imperial County Housing Development in the restoration of abandon homes in the Imperial County. Provide Scopes of Works and estimates to the contractors prior to the construction phase. Provide Quality Assurance and guidance during the construction phase.
