Description: Worked as a project trainee for a start up company.

In CTR 42 days of training i have learnt 21 days catia software and lefted 21 days are divided into three weeks.

(1) In 1st week i have learnt about production shop like lathe m/c, shaper m/c, milling m/c, and grinding m/c etc.

(2) 2nd week i have done the inspection or measurement shop. In inspection shop i have learnt how to measure with vernier calliper, micrometer, depth gauge, coordinating measuring m/c.etc.

(3) and last week i have done auto cad software.

PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN

Project: Shaper machine (in diploma)

Objective: Quick Return Mechanism

Description: shaper machine is used for cutting. We provide some feed to piece and

The shaping tool is cut the material in forward direction. QRM is convert the motor

motion into linear motion.

Result :-

(1)And finely we got the result reverse stroke of shaper machine is taken 1/4th less time as to the forward stroke

(2)And also cutting is done only in the forward stroke.

Project:-Role of lubricant flow rate on tool life on drilling machine (in b. Tech.)

Result:- At last we arrived at a point on that the result will come in three steps :-

(1) At dry condition (no lubricant tool life is minimum or less.

(2)At drop-vise (half open valve tool life is average

(3)At flooded condition (valve is fully open tool life is maximum
