-Ensuring that the fees of all L & T and leasing attorneys contracted by ownership, as well as all leasing commissions, are processed and paid in a timely fashion.

-Coordinating with controllers to provide income budgeting data.

-Preparing annual/semi-annual/tri-annual reports for periodic ownership meetings.

-Assisting with other requests by ownership entities including but not limited to: providing information for internal audits, distributing estoppels to tenants and coordinating return of same, facilitating smooth transitions between electrical or other consultants, reviewing biannual billing of real estate taxes and CPI adjustments, annual filing of RPIE with the city of New York.
