Lead and coordinate daily program operations including intake, orientation, counseling, paperwork processing and budgeting qualify my abilities for consideration in the open position where experience was achieved through Military, Banking, Transportation, and Volunteer employment industries. As a Community Leader, Customer Service Representative, Logistical Manager, or Quartermaster developing local program policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with state as well as local policies have been awarded in each arena for my communicative abilities. As a continuing student my habits for reading and writing at a level appropriate for duties include knowledge acquisition speed suitable for adapting to changes communicated from superiors while overseeing adherence to budget requirements for success where collaborative efforts is essential are my strengths. Awarded Army Achievement medal as a Quartermaster for administrative skills supporting a unit of 108 soldiers where accurate record of eligibility, participation, weapon proficiency, and progress for each was maintained at a high standard. This similar achievement was experienced during my employment in the Banking arena where customer contact and attention to detail assisted in the improvement of basic services as well as others being afforded all interest baring accountholders. As a Customer Service Representative Flex for Bank of the West located in Rancho Cucamonga c. 2012 where processing Credit Card advances, cashing checks/savings withdrawals, or wire verification was the duty norms. Following Safe Deposit Box procedures, process consumer loan payments as well as verifying signature cards, placing stop payments and responding to customers’ concerns represented employee requirements but did not limit full scope of purpose. During my employment as Office Supervisor at Dependable Highway Express in Ontario from 2000 to 2004 working with a nationally acclaimed transportation freight logistics company my duties of organizing bills and billing department supervision weighted assurances of proper customer charges as well as delivery accuracy. In this leadership role my contributions to various training and hire-from-within practices promoting positive employee morale became a by-product of interpersonal/intrapersonal competencies.

VOLUNTERISM

This behavior began for me as a youth in Los Angeles, California painting over Graffiti, grew into a passion after my Military service, continued as a Hospice Caregiver. Acquiring three years of confirmed purpose on School Redesign Committee as well as School Site Counsel Presidents for Oakland’s Maxwell Park Community my efforts persevere as Junior Achievement Instructor at Burbank Finance Park c. 2012 for Bank of the West’s Community Reinvestment initiative.
