“Smart Inn” is a CRM project which targets in providing services to the visitors of hospitality and their maintenance .As this project helps to the visitors during ‘Check-In’ process without any employee assistance. In this we are providing the hospitality services while ‘Check-In’, providing categories like ‘Executive’, ‘Superior’ and ‘Suite’. As the Software is designed in the way that everyone can easily make their Check- In that follows by submitting their details following payment through ‘Credit’ or ‘Cash’. Once Payment has done successfully, bill automatically generates.

Implemented Smart Key Card dispensing once after Check-In process completed Success which helps in opening room lock. This is a major achievement which done by me. We Use a socket concept which acts as a communication interface between our application key card dispenser device helps in passing commands from our application to device.Also we implemented secure measurements by implementing finger print tracker and scanning images of customers in tracking of people who visited our hospitality.

One more module is “Admin-module” is used by the administrator that he has rights to make all the rooms free after ‘check-out’ process done by the visitor, and he can maintain the personal information of visitors, making dirty rooms free, change the status of the room. Only if the rooms are available those rooms can allot to the visitor. Also application helps in generating reports like check-in, check-out, customer details, Luxury-tax,service tax, Room Status, Arrival Report, Departure report, Room Extend report etc. based on their perspective date that helps to the organization, so that they can easily know and maintain the floating of the visitors with in hospitality.

TGH is an advanced Human Resources Management Application which has 108 modules spanning through a number of pages. Talera Group of Hotels is one of the largest hotel chains in India having more than 30 hotels. The application provides various features like employee management, administration, payroll processing, and adjustments. Have worked on employee benefits module which captures overtime hours, gift maintenance and generating reports. The reports can be exported in excel format. Client side scripting using JavaScript and server side using C# and ASP.Net. I have made use of Sessions variable, master Pages. ADO.Net performs the task of connecting the front end with the database in this project.
