SUMMARY of EXPERIENCE:

This includes writing and designing both control plans and FMEAs. Also very good at

JCIM- Johnson Controls 2/10/15 until 6/3/15

I worked at this company as a contract worker through JC Malone staffing, located

in Georgia. The contact person is Jeanette Tousignaut, phone: 770-***-****. I was

hired to transfer control plans to a new system, create control plans for tools that did not

have control plans, review all old control plans and up-date. I completed this task in

5-months re-working 230-control plans for the entire number of tools within JCI. When

complete they met all necessary APQP and PPAP standards.

I presently still work at this site as a part-time employee. Effective as of 03/01/15. If

Martinrea Heavy Stamping

My title was Quality Liason. I worked for the Martinrea in Springfield, Tennessee, but I actually

worked at the Martinrea in Shelbyville Kentucky as there representative. They had a 3rd party

sorting company named Pegasus sorted all their parts 100% when I arrived. I set-up a program

to record, evaluate, and communicate issues back to the plant in Springfield to where improve-

ments could be made on problems. As time went by the problems and issues decreased, and

the supporting documentation supported there removal from 100% sorting activities. They

are now off 100% sort, due to my work and supporting documentation, and engineerng reviews.

I also proved to be there customer service contact at the plant. Performing a count 3-times daily,

and once on Saturdays and Sundays, to make JIT delivery much more efficient.

Which was a planned and focused program of improving their quality through audits, weekly meetings and utilizing the 5-why process.

I worked at a company in Riverport in Louisville Kentucky named Cafe Press. I was

comtracted by AMREP, but the company I am actually performed work for was Cisco.

They made Video-flip-recorders, shipped them to Cafe Press who printed images on the

outside and then were shipped to customer. I was hired to set-up a 3rd party sort during

their peak season which was Christmas season.

I worked in Cleveland Ohio for a company named Dupont. There # 1 customer that they

were having problems with was Pratt-Whitney, they made clamps and tri-locks. They

were under 3rd party inspection and I was a 3rd party inspector as a data collector.

I collected data using the quality Plan-inspection standard as my road-map. Also, reviewed

the blueprints for accuracy. I performed this data collection using such measuring equipment as a CMM, calipers, heighth gages, microscopes, gage pins, mics (digital and non), micro-vu, and comparators.

Utilized the PPAP and APQP approval process for new program approvals for

both Ford and Chrysler. Followed new launches and trial builds for E/C’s. This

also included design of FMEA’s, control plans, First piece inspection sheets (FPIS),

and all customer requirements for full PPAP package submittals.

Responsible for containment, root cause/problem-solving activity, counter-

measure activity and verification of customer rejects using the 8-D process.

This also included up-date of FMEA’s and control plans and other necessary documentation within the QS, TS requirements.

Used such problem-solving tools as brain-storming, fishbone, pareto analysis,

Process mapping and other tools with identification of problems and collection of data for verification of these problems.

SPC and statistical analysis experience. I have performed numerous cap-studies and layouts. I have utilized the knowledge from the data provided to adjust processes accordingly on the production floor. I have used this information for part-approval and review, or re-authorization, etc. I am very knowledgeable in the area of SPC and statistics.

Responsible for interaction with customer as a company liaison. When there was a

problem they called me. This was automotive and I worked with such customers as GM,

Ford, Chrysler, Stant, Visteon, Toyota, JCI, TMI, Webasto,

ITW and many more.

Used such problem-solving tools as 8-D problem analysis, 5-whys, brain-

storming, fishbone, pareto analysis, MRB-process, process mapping, etc.

Utilized the PPAP and APQP process for new program approvals for both

Ford and Chrysler. Used the provisional/final approval process for Toyota and Toyota suppliers such as JCI and TMI. Followed and planned processes for new launches and trial builds for E/C’s. This also included design of FMEA’s, control plans, first piece inspection sheets, job-folder design, and submitted all customer requirements for PPAP submittals and approvals. I also up-dated FMEA’s, control plans and other documentation as necessary after completion of problem-solving activities. This was necessary to meet QS and TS requirements.

Responsible for controlling customer data as provided in SPR-reports. This rated the level of customer satisfaction in delivery, quality, prototype and service orders. I helped DJ/Nypro achieve the quality PPM award for 3-consecutive year with Toyota.

A goal of exceeding expectations of a PPM of under 50.
