1978-1981: Water treatment plant/ utility plant operator in Sharjah Layyah Steam Power Station, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Operating water treatment plant like Evaporators, Steam Turbine, Boiler, Fuel System, Tank Farm and Chemical Injection.

1981-2008: Production Foreman/Acting Supervisor in Abudhabi Company for onshore oil operations, in Buhasa oil field, U.A.E. Operating Gas Oil separating plant, Remote Degasifying station and water injection system. My duties are associated with the following operations.

Wells line up to station through manifold slots to the 1st and 2nd separators to boot to flow suction tank, to booster pumps, to main oil pumps to terminal tanks.

Separators and boot associate gas line up to Gasco

Receiving residue gas from Gasco for gas turbine operation and flare system operation and main oil pump operation. During this operation monitoring and maintaining flow and pressure, temp, levels, water and chemical injection rate and running all equipments performance.

Recording all parameter readings. Strictly followed HSE rules and regulation. Co-ordinating and cooperating with wire line, work over, welding, pulling hoist, ele, mech, inst and trouble shooting team to solve any problem without any incident and accident to achieve our target. Communicating with all operational and maintenance department people by radio, walkie-talkie to carry out their job with professional way to achieve our target.

Work request rising, cold, hot, work permit issuing, near miss writing, equipments isolation/desolation for maintenance without affecting our production target. Updating daily/weekly/monthly production data and reports into maximo and pies system. Plant shut down during emergency and major maintenance job.pig launching/retrieving/ desalination/dehydration plant operation. Wells GOR testing and water cut rate measured through test separators.

Water injection system, taking aquifer water from supply well through ESP/SP to inject the water into the injection wells to maintain reservoir pressure. Monitoring, adjusting the flow and pressure as per our target.
