Maintenance:
Performed maintenance duties at a indoor flea market over 2 acres of property, including lighting, changing ballasts, wiring and plumbing duties, also renovation of the property from one type of business and constructed to the business it is now form beginning to end.
Maintenance 1:
Industrial maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing modules by way of troubleshooting and repairing with the use of volt meters, test circuits using schematics and wiring diagrams, Detect and diagnose electrical and/or mechanical problems and resolve by testing electronic components and circuits to locate defects, using oscilloscopes, signal generators, ammeters, and voltmeters including power and hand tools.
Property Manage/Maintenance;
Performed onsite management and maintenance on rental property 10 unit duplexes, run ads on website and outside websites and follow up on rent and repaired apartments as needed, from electrical plumbing, carpentry and drywall, and cleaning as well.
Metal Fabrication/Roofing:

Performed maintenance, Disassemble parts of the machine and make repairs, remove and replace defective parts. Operate the machine for production of plastics, meeting production schedule.
