Monitor cash flow, negotiate insurance policies, payroll administration, collections management, direct oversight of purchasing clinical and general supplies, negotiate contracts, monitor accounts payables/receivables, create policies
Responsible for the IT needs of the department as well as responsible for patient records on the EHR. Liaison with institutional IT as well as Point and Click Solutions, Inc. (EHR company)
Supervise the maintenance and physical operations (HVAC, Electrical, and general repairs) of the clinic.
Assure smooth renovation of new lab facility which entailed collaboration between in-house and outside contractors.
Provide regular supervision for the clinic’s clerical staff which includes reception, administrative assistants and student employees
