Employed with my Father\'s trucking company-Coast Lines Truck Service from 1973-1985. Proficient in all areas of industry including but not limited too warehouse management, forklift operator, dispatcher, driver (bobtail, tankers, tractor trailers 40, 45, and sets of 27 footers), mechanic, and so on.Owned and operated Reliable Credit Services in Los Angeles from 1986-1990 where I formed a business of Financial, Credit and Mortgage Consultation.Formed partnership with Mr. Jerry Chad, Aorney at Law. From 1990-1995 employed with The Law Offices of Jerry Chad in Los Angeles. My experience included targeting high end properties which were in some state of the foreclosure process. I would secure the clients and help them however possible-loan modification, short sale, stop the foreclosure process and sell the property, refinance, etc. We worked very well together and I learned the importance of maintaining complete integrity and honesty when dealing with clients and they would refer clients even as I was helping them. This was during the first Real Estate plummet and after that I concentrated on home loans and purchase loans. This lasted until 1999 .From 2000 to 2015 I acted mainly as a caregiver for my Father first and then my Mother. I refused to put them in homes as they raised my and I felt it was my obligation to take care of them. I would do it all over again with gladness. During that time my Mother inherited a 3 acre estate in Red Bluff, California and I rehabbed the homes on the property, landscaped it and the value increased over 100K in one year. Also, there was much material item such as tractors, vehicles, trailers, much tools which were liquidated of which I did for free being paid room and board. After that my Brother who was living in Boston, Mass. became ill. I flew back and forth (sometimes with my Mother as her back was beginning too cause much pain) and took care of my Brother until his passing and then liquidated his estate.? 1990

Obtained an Airframe and Power plant License too work on aircraft. Also, excelled in basic education. Obtained a license too fly a single engine aircraft while aending Lane Community College. I did work in the aircraft industry briefly after graduating from Lane Community College. World Airways at the Oakland International Airport employed me for about a year and as you may be awarethey went out of business and I moved on with my Father in the trucking industry.
