PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

SK E& C USA, Inc Houston, Texas 3/2011 – 10/15

Principal Process Engineer:

Lead Process System Engineer for LNG plant in Lake Charles, LA for Magnolia LNG, LLC. This is a Joint Venture project between KBR Houston and SK E& C USA. The total capacity of 8 MTPA LNG with four trains using OSMR technology. The initial preliminary cost estimate of the project is US $ 3.5 billion dollars. Responsibility includes for process and utilities and off sites units. Acid Gas removal unit AGRU, H2S and Mercury removal Unit, Molecular Sieve Dehydration, Liquefaction (Cold Box) Unit and Mixed Refrigeration unit. Pre-cooling of mixed refrigerant using Ammonia. Two LNG cryogenic storage tanks, Marine loading, Defrost gas system. Truck loading and Barge Loading, BOG Compressors and Marine Flares, Warm Flare and Cold Flare. Writing response to FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory commission) inquiries on process and safety related issues. Checker for PFDS, P&IDs, Datasheets. Reviewed MLNG client comments and vendor data. Lead liaison Engineer for coordinating KANFA LNG consultant review of MLNG project at SKEC.

Leucadia Lake Charles Clean Energy (LLCE) Project, Lake Charles. Petroleum coke gasification project using GE Quench type gasifiers. The products were Methanol (4200 STPD), Hydrogen (110 MMSCFD), Sulfuric Acid (1600STPD), ARGON (290STPD) and Carbon Dioxide (13,500 STPD). Lead Engineer for ASU (Air Separation Unit), Argon storage and truck and rail car loading. Rare Gas Recovery Unit licensed by ICEBLICK LTD of UKRANE for recovering Xenon and Krypton. Hydrogen and Argon off taker was Air Products.

The LCCE project did not proceed to EPC phase due to financial issues.

Spectrum Midstream Terminal project: Lake Charles, LA. The project involved seventeen storage tanks for Crude oil, diesel, and Natural Gasoline. Lead process engineer for PFDs and P&IDs development and tank datasheets (internal and external floating roof tanks). The project also includes fire water tank and utility water storage tank.

Lead Process Engineer: Southern Louisiana Methanol (SLM) 5000 MTD plant from natural gas feed using DPT (Davy Power Technology) confidential process. Responsible for Utilities and off sites facilities. Reverse osmosis, Demineralization system, and cooling tower makeup and closed cooling water system. BFW system,deaerator and chemical injection.

REFINERIA DEL PACAFICO (RDP) MANABI, ECUADOR: 300,000 BBL grass root refinery Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) project. Assignment included Utilities and Offsite units, UOP Alkylation and Isomer unit Process and Utilities P&IDs, Demineralized Water System, Steam and Condensate unit, Boiler Feed Water Unit, Fuel Oil and Fuel Gas Units. Major task- P&IDs, PFD/UFD, MSD, UDD, Complete review of flare system design- flare header, KO drum, Flare stack, Process Datasheets, Line List, Equipments List and Utility Summary, HAZOP, and Operating guide lines and Quality Control and audit check for all process deliverables.

OILTANKING LLC, Houston, Texas 01/2010 -3/2011

Project Engineer: Responsible for fifteen Million dollar tank procurement and installation and crude manifold projects; two 390,000 barrels tanks and Crude manifolds expansion and recirculation lines, $ 450,000 residual Crude Heating Project, Steam condensate recovery system, Molten Sulfur Storage preliminary proposal, Prepare project scope for BP pipeline transient surge analysis, Crude oil Storage tanks for Shell, British Petroleum, and Nexen (Canada), Prepare project scope for ring wall foundations for tanks and did bid evaluations for API 650 storage tanks and ring foundations,
