JOB EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Desk Engineer (Operation) of power plant, following responsibilities :

Handling the shift operation activities of Boiler & Turbine and the associated auxiliaries.

Normal Plant Operation & maintenance, Boiler light up & shut down in sequence & Cold start up, Warm start up and hot startup of turbine rolling.

Charged auxiliaries like Condenser, Ejector, Turbo driven BFP, Deaerator, BFP, CEP, Cooling Tower etc.

Optimization of process parameters like Steam Temperature, Water Level Controls, Furnace Temperature, Pressure etc.

Handling Various Emergencies of Boiler & Turbine like Home load,blackout, Hydraulic test, Vacuum Pulling & flood test in turbine.

Maintaining & reviewing the shift log sheet, and discuss with operation manager if any abnormality observed in parameter.

To ensure smooth operation and ensure prescribed parameter under control as per operation manuals.

Performance monitoring and maintain the require parameter for smooth and efficient operation.

Coordinating the different department for smooth operation.

Maintaining Log sheets, Defect and maintenance schedule sheets.

Centralizing the Plant Operation smoothly with maximum output.

Looking after shut down & break down jobs.
