Educated clients on best practices and workflows in both the PM, EHR and EDR.

Coordinated administrator training to ensure proper system builds for Centricity and VisDental clients. This included provider setup for both Medical and Dental,

Setup of all code tables and fee schedules, (including sliding fee schedules to meet Medicare and Medicaid FQHC requirements) resource schedule setup and user setup as well as security rights.

Revived the EHR Workforce Optimization and Workflow Analysis Program (EHR Clinical Health Checks) to work with multiple software products.

Completed an In Depth Analysis of the practice. For both small and enterprise groups, which can be over the phone, or based on the size of the practice it can be onsite.

Evaluated the practice and its workflows in order to design to a workflow plan for the training.

Collected all of the data necessary for the system build including provider setup information, Health History Forms Superbill Lab/image requisition., confirm IT interfaces are in place, determine client’s utilization of various system capabilities and discuss system migration if applicable.

End-user training consisted of training the front office and billing office on appropriate workflows. This included patient registration, scheduling, check-in, check-out, charge entry and payment posting.

Attended clients Go-Live week to implement the workflows learned in real time.

Assisted staff with any questions, working out of any kinks that might have occurred in the conversion.

Aided in setting up any last minute hardware that needed installing, troubleshoot any technical problems and make sure that the EDI process was working properly.

Post Go live office training generally took place 4 weeks after go-live
