Job Responsibility:-

Conduct daily Quality Meeting regarding Line Problem & Line Rejection with Line QC inspector in each shop.

Supporting inprocess Engineers in analysis of problem & taking corrective action

Prepare CAPA,ECN & PCN as per required and change relative documents

Prepare part layout inspection plan & do all layouts as per plan

Prepare monthly MIS and present MIS to top management

Prepare Process & product audit plan & audit all line as per plan

To Prepare control plan for each product concerned production center.

To Verify Quality records as per ISO/TS:16949 requirement.

Review Control Plan,PFC,FMEA,Quality Standard during any change in 4M

Doing Quality improvement using various KAIZEN & POKA-YOKE.

Taking Corrective and Preventive action on the shop floor and verify its implementation

Dealing with suppliers about quality problems

Training provided to operators on process, 5S, 3M, KAIZEN, JIT etc

To carried out various laboratory tests of parts as per required.

To prepare and monitor all PPAP activities for new parts development or ECN in existing parts. Submission of PPAP documents as per Customer requirement of submission levels.

To calculate PPM of in house rejection and doing quality improvement using various

quality tools.
