Insuring the maintenance program we used (Ellipse), was being performed per company rules and regulations. The supervision of maintenance personnel and assisting them with repairs insuring that permissibility requirements and inspections were carried out in accordance with MSHA and state regulations. Upkeep and maintenance of the tracking system (L7 Accolade) was in proper working order and weekly inspections were kept up to date. Upkeep and maintenance of the CO system we used (AMR) was kept in proper working order and all checks and permissibility were performed. Directly responsible to assure that daily, weekly, and monthly PM’s were performed on all equipment and permissibility and maintenance were performed for those pieces of equipment by the individuals they were assigned to. When needed, disciplinary actions on personnel for infractions against company policy. In my opinion my number one responsibility was to insure all work was performed in a safe manner insuring all personnel used company regulated personal protective equipment.
