The group included two garments manufacturing companies with 3K employees. Provided executive leadership to total HR function. Orchestrated two teams of managers, officers and personnel for the two companies.
Revamped organizational structure and established Human Resources Department. Developed HR policies, workforce plan, job classifications, pay scales and benefits. Coached managers to prepare position descriptions, and to deal effectively with performance management, misconducts and grievances. Assisted managers with appropriate guidelines on maintaining a safety-conscious and legally compliant workplace. Helped foster learning for management staff through training at management institutes.
