Construction projects: 8 state-of-the-art operating rooms; a 500-space 3-story parking garage; 60 new patient rooms including installation of EPIC bringing total capacity to 328 beds. On a day-to-day basis, operate and maintain mechanical systems for 500,000 sq ft hospital plus four satellite facilities. Operate, schedule and perform preventive maintenance on chillers, towers, R/O water systems, high-pressure steam/hot water boilers, air handler units, rooftop units and fan-coil units controlled with energy management systems and pneumatic controls. All operations and maintenance performed in accordance with NFPA, HIPAA and JCAHO regulations and hospital and department budget constraints
