I have over ** years of automotive service experience ranging from building, staffing and opening numerous independent repair facilities to growing all aspects of fixed operations in multiple dealerships. I have often been told I am a Sales Manager trapped in a Fixed Operations body.

I am currently running one of the larger Ford Parts & Service departments in Metro Atlanta, and have been able to increase Parts and Service gross over 122% in 36 months.

I went to The NADA Academy in McLean VA for Parts, Service and Fixed operations. With this training I have been able to sustain over 90% fixed absorption on a consistent basis.
