Perform preventive maintenance and serve as a consultant on major engineering matters to the agency.
Investigate conditions of building and work with OTDA and FDNY to avoid violations, mediate and resolve conflicts concerning building code interpretations investigate complaints and recommend policy and procedural changes.
Keep pertinent building records up to date, prepare quantitative and qualitative reports for management reviews, attend and represent my facility at inter and intra departmental meetings.
