Managed all spare parts and spares assembly orders for National Oilwell Varco’s FM 529 Plant. Managed a plant within a larger plant requiring daily coordination with: purchasing, receiving, quality, warehouse, assembly, paint and shipping.

Established processes, work flow and reporting for the newly created Spares Department.

Shipped $38M in spares orders in one year.

Coordinated immediate shipment of parts and assemblies for rig down requirements.
