Remedial action required for the removal of contaminated soils from 90 residential or residential-like properties in Rosiclare, IL under the close scrutiny of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA). The purpose of this project is to remove lead impacted soils, replace them with clean soils, and restore removed vegetation or aggregate covers in order to achieve lead concentrations below the risk based action levels.
