Completed a six sigma project with Nissan Quality QRQC Team in Smyrna, TN. I worked with all the department managers (Quality) and Directors in Smyrna (Dwight Bowling, David Tribble, Richard Sumner, Mike Ingle, Mike Clemmer and Shawn Williams). The project objective was to do a root cause analysis using the control charts. This was to help understand the positive/negative events impacting trend.
