-Centralize all Goods and Services, such as animals seized as fraudulent within the border, put them in the animal pound, then make auction sale after three times of extension of time limit for a release deadline vs. forfeit and amend + ordinary Customs tax rate against fraudulent activities.

-Visited and inspected all Customs posts throughout the whole zone of Kanem and the Lake-Chad.
