Quality control officer
Volvo Powertrain Company –Skovde, Sweden
This plant manufactures large semi-truck parts. The portion I worked in built the drive cam
shafts for these types of trucks.
Quality control officer - Inspected finished products for quality using measurements and
engineering specifications I determined if the shafts that were produced met the strict
requirements set forth by Volvo, entering necessary data in the computer and made verbal
reports for engineers in charge. Attended daily meetings with engineers and managers and
made suggestions of improving the assembly line and production.
Line worker - operated and maintained machines to create cam shafts for the large trucks.
.Adjusted machine feed and speed if machine malfunctioned. Monitored and adjusted
production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
Personal Banker, Loan Officer, Assistant Accountant
Bobar Bank –Bijeljina Bosnia
For this bank I worked in every position I could in my 6 years there. The positions I had were as
follows:
o Teller
o Personal Banker- processed all new account transactions; assisted customers in their selection
of various accounts and financial services, opening, maintaining and closing of all account types;
performing branch clerical duties; promoting banks business, maintained good customer relations
and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services
o Loan Officer –I made sure the needs of a borrower and the bank are met by finding the
appropriate type of loan, assessed the potential risk of loan applicants; ensured all applications
are complete, accurate, appropriately documented, and fall within applicable bank policies and
procedures; and attained proper approvals. Provided a high level of service to customers and loan
managers, thereby ensuring loans are underwritten in a competitive and expedient manner.
o Assistant accountant - Process payments and invoices accurately and timely as per company
procedures, Prepare, reconcile and record the payments, taking care of internal and external
bank payments, allocate pay checks on appropriate accounts. Handled various accounting
transactions.
o Assistant Stock Broker - prepared correspondence, documents, worked closely with assigned
brokers to leverage their time and productivity, often handling a large amount of details relating
to complex broker transactions, taking good care of customer's accounts, record sales
documentation received from clients and other financial institutions, check the validity of
documents and facilitate settlement of financial product transactions, issue contract notes and
confirmations, process sales and payments
o Credit Cards officer- processing and boarding lines of credit that bank had to offer, discussing
and accepting credit applications, making data entry for those applications, taking care of
customer accounts
While working here i managed to maintain exception record rate of accuracy.

Main operations coordinator for 4 regional branch offices. Supervised, coordinated and
maintained the daily operations of the offices. Maintained necessary meetings with professors,
staff or students. I managed other employees and coordinated daily duties, made sure that every
day functions are done most efficiently and in best timely manner. Wrote and edited business
documents, organized meetings and planed and implemented projects. Collecting accounts
receivable, coordinating a work for thirty people in different places, complete office
administration and contracting.
